The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $ to $.

The Manager OST Analytics and Insights leads a multidisciplinary team responsible for delivering the data, reporting, models, and analytical capabilities that enable high-quality decision-making across Fulfillment Operations—including Distribution Centers, Branches, and the MDC network. This leader oversees various aspects of analytics and the data product lifecycle, spanning data engineering, reporting and visualization, metric governance, advanced analytics, tooling, and systems enablement.

This role owns a comprehensive portfolio of data products: including potentially, automated dashboards and reporting suites, data pipelines, enterprise metrics, optimization engines, forecasting models, data integration and capture tooling, and machine learning tools. These products provide visibility into operational performance, predict future trends, support staffing and demand planning, detect anomalies, improve compliance, and drive business-wide efficiency. By delivering trusted, scalable, and actionable analytics, the Manager ensures leaders across the organization can self-serve insights and operate with confidence.
