• Lead the execution of IT and security compliance and risk management programs.
• Collaborate with CISO, IT leadership, Legal, Internal Audit, External Audit, and key business stakeholders to ensure effective control design, documentation, testing, and remediation.
• Support audit processes, including policy governance, management review oversight, and audit evidence coordination.
• Interpret and operationalize regulatory and contractual security requirements into actionable controls.
• Develop and maintain IT and security compliance programs aligned with industry frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, SOC 2, and others.

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Risk Management, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT compliance, information security, risk management, or audit.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, regulatory requirements, and IT infrastructure.
• Experience managing security audits, risk assessments, and remediation activities.
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISSP, or CISM are highly preferred.
