The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $ - $. This role is eligible for an incentive target of up to 15%, based on the achievement of individual and company performance objectives in accordance with the current terms of the incentive program which are subject to change.

Position DetailsThe Portfolio Manager is a cross‑functional leader who combines deep technical expertise with strategic portfolio oversight. This role partners with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define and deliver high‑impact solutions, manage intake and prioritization, and ensure governance across multiple initiatives. The Portfolio Manager authors project documentation and drives continuous improvement while maintaining visibility into portfolio health, compliance, and performance metrics.
This role will also support a large‑scale SAP brownfield transformation, including migration from SAP ECC 617 to SAP S/4
HANA, with significant cross‑functional coordination required across engineering, architecture, infrastructure, security, data, testing, and release work streams. A key responsibility will be overseeing the readiness of multiple third‑party integrations that must be assessed, tested, remediated as needed, and transitioned to the AWS cloud as part of the migration.
- Portfolio Strategy &
Roadmap:
Define and communicate portfolio strategy and roadmaps, translating business objectives into executable technical plans while resolving cross‑initiative dependencies, conflicts, and trade‑offs. - Financial & Business Management:
Develop business cases with measurable KPIs and benefits; manage budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, and corrective actions; present financials and recommendations to executive stakeholders. - Intake & Prioritization:
Govern portfolio intake and prioritization, consolidating demand for engineering teams, resolving priority conflicts, and monitoring intake quality and throughput. - Governance, Risk & Compliance:
Lead stage‑gate governance for compliance, data security, and regulatory reviews; identify, mitigate, and accelerate risks with clear stakeholder communication. - Delivery Leadership & Execution:
