ResponsibilitiesYour Role:
The Data & Analytics Operations Manager leads end-to-end management of the company’s intelligence factory, a centralized hub that transforms data into actionable insights. This role is responsible for overseeing the intake, prioritization, execution, and delivery of analytical projects that support strategic and operational decision‑making across the organization. The Manager partners with business leaders, data scientists, analysts, and IT teams to ensure timely, accurate, and high‑impact analytics solutions.

- Program Leadership: Oversee daily operations of the Intelligence Factory, ensuring efficient workflow from data intake to insight delivery.
- Project Management: Prioritize and manage a portfolio of analytics and reporting initiatives; ensure alignment with business priorities and resource availability.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Act as the primary liaison between business units and analytics teams to define requirements, clarify objectives, and validate deliverables.
- Process Optimization: Design and continuously improve standardized processes, tools, and templates for data intake, analysis, and reporting.
- Data Quality & Governance: Ensure adherence to data governance standards and promote consistent, accurate data usage across all reporting platforms.
- Performance Measurement: Develop and maintain KPIs for Intelligence Factory performance, delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Manage a cross‑functional team of analysts, data engineers, and visualization specialists; coach and develop team members to enhance analytical capabilities.
- Innovation & Automation: Drive adoption of AI, machine learning, and automation to accelerate insight generation and improve decision support.
- Change Management: Partner with business units to promote a data‑driven culture and ensure insights are effectively translated into action.

We need you to have:
- Bachelor degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics operations, or data program management.
- Proven leadership experience managing cross‑functional analytics or data teams.
- Up to 25% travel required.
- Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
- Working knowledge of data warehousing, SQL, and cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Familiarity with workflow and project management tools (Jira, Smartsheet, Asana).
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex analytics into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement.
- Leadership presence with a collaborative and coaching‑oriented approach.
Icing on the cake:
- Master degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
- Strong background in project management (Agile or hybrid methodologies preferred).
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts and data automation pipelines a plus.

Bonus EligibilityRole is eligible for 14% annual incentive provided the business meets financial goals and the individual meets their performance goals, subject to plan administration guidelines.
