* Develop and execute data migration strategies, including cleansing rules, transformation logic, and cutover planning for SAP deployments.

* Create, maintain, and monitor data quality dashboards, metrics, and reporting to support governance and decision-making.

* Develop and enforce data governance standards, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent, accurate, and reliable master data across the enterprise.

* Act as a Master Data Management SME on SAP project teams, supporting design decisions, testing cycles (SIT/UAT), and hypercare activities.

* 4+ years of supporting large-scale SAP implementations, upgrades, or transformation programs.

* BA/BS in Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.

* Hands-on experience with Master Data ETL processes, including data extraction, cleansing, transformation logic, and load activities (LSMW, Migration Cockpit, ETL tools).

* Experience with data migration cycles, including mock loads, reconciliation, defect resolution, and cutover support.

* Strong understanding of data governance principles, data quality management, and master data lifecycle processes.
