This is a BA plus technical role, we need someone who understands business and technical requirements.
Responsibilities include:
- Analyze business processes and make recommendations for improvement in Salesforce technologies and should be able to work as Salesforce Technical Manager
- Work with clients to understand requirements and assist in functional demo
- Oversee implementation of projects from inception to completion
- Use a variety of data analysis and organizational tools to uncover insights
- Sharp problem-solving, analytical and innovation skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex ideas into simple language for non-technicians
