Impact is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to be a primary contact for our expanding client base. You will create and route service requests, coordinate dispatch needs, and ensure a consistent support experience.
Based at the Unified Support Operations center, you may assist with print-related issues and basic troubleshooting while guiding newer team members. The role offers 100% in-house support and 24/7/365 coverage with a daytime shift (Mon-Fri 10AM-7PM).
