Impact’s Service Desk Analyst role supports our growing client base as a key point of contact for customer requests. This position creates and routes service requests, coordinates dispatch, and documents issues clearly in the ticketing system.
Based at Impact's campus, the role may handle print-related issues and basic-to-intermediate troubleshooting. Shifts cover 24/7/365 client support with a Monday-Friday 10AM-7PM window.
