Compensation The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $88,000.00 – $. This role is eligible for an incentive target of up to 10 %, based on the achievement of individual and company performance objectives in accordance with the current terms of the incentive program which are subject to change. Position Details This role will implement, configure, develop, maintain and optimize enterprise-grade commercial software platforms that enable Grainger's core business processes (i.e. Contracts, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and HR). You will understand the core business processes enabled by these tools and can translate business requirements to the most optimal, performant, reliable, scalable and secure solution that meets the need. This role is responsible for seamless operation of/integration between complex systems in a rapidly evolving ecosystem that includes traditional ERPs (on-prem, hybrid, cloud), best-in-breed specialized tools and SaaS platforms, as well as fully custom solutions.

This role is primarily responsible for creating and implementing the physical design which includes building, testing, and deploying code; configuring systems; resolving defects; confirming compliance with security, performance and related standards; providing level 2 and 3 technical support; and delivering recommendations to improve systems.
