The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $80,700.00 – $. This role is eligible for an incentive target of up to 10 % or $ , based on the achievement of individual and company performance objectives in accordance with the current terms of the incentive program which are subject to change.

The Senior Analyst, Global Procurement Strategy is responsible for transforming complex global procurement data into actionable business insights that support strategic and operational sourcing decisions. The role designs, develops, and maintains business intelligence solutions, including dashboards, reports, data models, and analytical and financial frameworks, to enable performance monitoring, sourcing-risk assessment, and procurement optimization. Working independently on complex assignments, the position partners with business leaders and technical teams to identify sourcing opportunities, evaluate supplier and cost performance, and recommend data-driven solutions.

The role leads defined global procurement analytics initiatives and serves as a subject matter resource for business intelligence tools, methodologies, visualization practices, and reporting standards. This position is Hybrid requiring 3 days per week in office at either the Lake Forest or Chicago, IL offices.
