Warehouse and Distribution, Operations Specialist

Operator I, Warehouse & Distribution Operations – Onsite position at Alcon's Lake Forest, California Valencia Warehouse.

Alcon's Supply Chain function manages logistics, inventory, and supply chain analytics to ensure efficient delivery of products. This role supports order fulfillment, customer satisfaction, and cross‑functional collaboration.

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using the SAP system.
• Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely shipment and delivery.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints related to orders, shipments, and returns.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order discrepancies, inventory issues, and delivery delays.
• Generate and analyze order‑related reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the order management process.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent reading, writing, and communication in English.
• Proficiency in the SAP system and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain operations.
