Compensation Range: $39.62 - 44.62 per hour

Are you ready to drive growth for high-impact pharmaceutical brands within an elite, fast-paced agency environment? As a Senior Pharmaceutical Account Manager, you will serve as a high-visibility consultative partner, bridging the gap between internal brand teams and creative specialists to execute multi-million-dollar campaigns. This is a high-impact opportunity to champion strategic execution, navigate complex regulatory landscapes, and elevate client outcomes for a global industry leader.

Responsibilities:

Consult with brand teams to translate complex business objectives into strategic creative briefs and high-impact promotional campaigns.

Manage end-to-end campaign execution from concept through completion to ensure alignment with brand standards, regulatory compliance, and budget parameters.

Partner with cross-functional creative, medical, and legal teams to streamline workflows and drive on-time delivery across multi-channel initiatives.

Direct monthly financial reconciliations and annual forecasting to maximize account growth and deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications:

4-6+ years of account management experience within an advertising agency, directly managing multi-million-dollar client accounts.

Proven track record in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector, with a deep understanding of medical/regulatory/legal (MLR) review processes and Promo Mats.

Demonstrated expertise leading digital solutions, omni-channel campaigns, and integrated brand strategies.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, combined with exceptional strategic communication and consultative relationship-building skills.
