The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $88,000.00 – $. This role is eligible for an incentive target of up to 10% or $ based on the achievement of individual and company performance objectives in accordance with the current terms of the incentive program, which are subject to change.

• Design, configure, develop, deploy, optimize, monitor, and continuously improve business systems and applications while demonstrating a clear understanding of business processes and operational impact.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions and detailed specifications that are scalable, secure, reliable, and aligned with engineering standards.
• Contribute to capability roadmaps, technology research, and continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating emerging technologies and recommending practical solutions.
• Serve as a technical resource within the team’s functional domain by defining non‑functional requirements including security, performance, reliability, maintainability, and supportability.
• Partner with operational and administration teams to improve service reliability, system health, monitoring, observability, and operational best practices while identifying technical debt and opportunities to reduce waste.
• Develop sustainable feedback loops that improve system performance, supportability, and engineering efficiency through monitoring, documentation, and continuous improvement.
• Create and maintain technical documentation including solution designs, testing approaches, operational procedures, and system documentation to support knowledge sharing and long‑term maintainability.
• Support enterprise integrations and automation capabilities using appropriate APIs, connectors, and platform capabilities where applicable.
• Evaluate current business processes, systems, and applications to identify opportunities that improve efficiency, quality, scalability, and customer outcomes.
• Participate in production support, change management, and deployment activities while promoting operational excellence and engineering best practices.
• Coach, mentor, and provide technical guidance to junior engineers while fostering a collaborative engineering culture.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Three or more years of experience designing, configuring, developing, and supporting enterprise business systems and applications.
• Experience implementing and engineering Microsoft 365 solutions, including Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, AI/Copilot automation, Microsoft Graph API scripting, and email and mail‑flow administration.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions and applying engineering principles to improve reliability, security, and performance.
