Follow safety procedures and report safety issues to supervisor and wear PPE as required;
Clean and sanitize catch pans, bucket conveyor systems, utensils, walls, ceilings, floors, pipes, kettles, top of equipment, and other areas used in manufacturing of food;
Maintain equipment wash stations and hand wash sinks as per SOPs;
Report damaged product-contact parts/equipment to a supervisor;
Perform preoperational inspections with Quality Staff
