Job Summary
Baldwin Hardware, a 80-year-old leading brand in luxury door hardware, is looking for a Channel Marketing Manager to own the showroom channel strategy and execution that drives brand experience and revenue growth.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities- Develop and execute channel marketing strategies to enhance brand presentation and sell‑through performance.
- Lead cross-functional alignment across Sales, Product, Digital, and Brand teams.
- Project manage merchandising programs, trade shows, and collateral for new product launches.
- Lead the creation of store fixtures, promotional and point-of-purchase materials.
- Communicate with end users and architects in showrooms; seek improvements for digital and physical experiences.
- Support ongoing priorities including internal communication, product presentations, trade shows, market research, and competitive intelligence.
- Define showroom channel strategy, including customer segmentation, assortment alignment, and experience standards.
- Manage channel dynamics: pricing integrity, reseller policy execution, unauthorized seller mitigation.
- Partner with sales leadership on growth priorities and investment strategies.
- Manage outside vendors for packaging and merchandising materials; maintain retailer website content via vendor portals.
- Develop and manage trade shows and events: promotional plan, booth layout, premiums, logistics.
- Utilize CRM platform to maximize customer data and engagement.
- Drive profitability through process improvement, performance metrics, budget management, and marketing purchase orders.
- Contribute to pricing reviews, S&OP, and P&L performance initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related discipline.
4‑7 years of business experience in product marketing, brand marketing, sales, trade marketing, or consumer packaged goods, preferably in home improvement or luxury home goods.

- Strong financial acumen and P&L experience.
- Solid understanding of brand and product marketing, market research, product training, promotion, and pricing strategies.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to thrive in a large corporation while maintaining entrepreneurial agility.
Travel up to 25% of the role as required.
Pay Range$109,306 to $171,768 (base salary)
