Position: Pharmaceutical Project Manager (Hybrid)
Location:

Mettawa, IL, hybrid 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

Type: 1 year contract with potential for extension

Compensation Range: $40-$45/hr W2

Our client is looking for a Pharmaceutical Project Manager to work closely with their assigned account manager to help coordinate daily activities and the ongoing relationship with their respective brand teams. Responsibilities:

Develop and update project timelines from initiation to completion across internal departments.

Assist on print, digital and video projects, including trafficking all projects through the Agency.

Help facilitate ongoing, timely and accurate communications to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Track time on a daily basis.

Reports to their assigned Ad Agency account manager.

Partners with creative team on project initiatives.

Adherence to all company-wide financial policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree required.
5-10 years of ad agency experience required (minimum) within the last 3-5 years, project management experience a plus.
1-5 years of pharmaceutical experience within agency.

Excellent communications

Skills:

verbal, presentation, written.

High energy, positive, organized individual who is comfortable in a high-visibility role.

Great collaborator with ability to focus on both the big picture and small details. Opportunity
