Job Title: Office & Marketing Coordinator

Location: Lake Forest, IL - 5 days onsite

Our client, a leading luxury real estate firm, is seeking an organized and proactive Office & Marketing Coordinator with a strong service mindset. This highly visible role will support marketing initiatives, office operations, and real estate agents while helping deliver an exceptional experience for clients and visitors.

• Create and update flyers, brochures, presentations, social media content, and other marketing materials
• Support listing marketing, signage, photography coordination, email campaigns, and branding requests
• Help agents use company marketing tools and resources
• Welcome clients and visitors and manage incoming calls
• Coordinate office supplies, mail, deliveries, vendors, and meeting spaces
• Assist with administrative and transaction-related tasks
• Provide basic support for office technology and systems
• Maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming office environment

• 1+ year of relevant experience in marketing, office administration, hospitality, customer service, real estate, or a related field
• Recent graduates with relevant internship experience are also encouraged to apply
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency within Canva or Adobe Photoshop
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and learn new systems
• Proactive, dependable, and team-oriented approach
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Prior real estate experience is helpful but not required
