Our client, a leader in healthcare diagnostics, is seeking an Engineer, Software Quality
- Principle to join their team. As an Engineer, Software Quality
- Principle, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:

Lake Forest, IL

Pay Range: $45

• Conduct quality-related activities to ensure the delivery of high-quality documents, services, products, and processes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance of healthcare products and maintain adherence to industry standards.
• Define project goals, milestones, and ensure timely project completion.
• Provide innovative and practical solutions to complex problems, influencing project scope and direction.
• Lead cross-functional projects, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and train team members as needed.

• Apprenticeship or bachelor's degree in Life Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or relevant experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in Quality or a related field.
• Experience with regulatory compliance in healthcare or related industries.
• Strong understanding of quality systems, risk management, and regulatory standards.
• Proven ability to execute SDLC activities, perform manual/automated testing, and manage defect lifecycle.
