Our client, a leader in healthcare diagnostics, is seeking an Engineer, Software Quality - Principle to join their team. As an Engineer, Software Quality - Principle, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

* + Conduct quality-related activities to ensure the delivery of high-quality documents, services, products, and processes.

+ Ensure regulatory compliance of healthcare products and maintain adherence to industry standards.

+ Define project goals, milestones, and ensure timely project completion.

+ Provide innovative and practical solutions to complex problems, influencing project scope and direction.

+ Lead cross-functional projects, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and train team members as needed.

** What's Needed?*
* + Apprenticeship or bachelor's degree in Life Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or relevant experience.

+ Minimum of 5 years of work experience in Quality or a related field.

+

Experience with regulatory compliance in healthcare or related industries.

+ Strong understanding of quality systems, risk management, and regulatory standards.

+ Proven ability to execute SDLC activities, perform manual/automated testing, and manage defect lifecycle.
