Oracle OIC Developer
We’re looking for an experienced Oracle OIC Developer to design, develop, and support integrations for Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (specifically financial modules GL, AR, CE, FA), Oracle Subscription Management, and the other platforms that power our subscription and revenue operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Fusion APIs, and cloud-native development. You'll work closely with technical and business stakeholders to design reliable, scalable solutions across financial workflows.
Integrations may include real-time API-driven flows, batch file-based processing (FBDI/ESS jobs), or B2B connections. Experience with reusable components, error handling, and alerts is highly valued.
Responsibilities:- Design and build integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including app-driven orchestrations and scheduled batch processes
- Connect Oracle Fusion with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, BI Publisher, and custom adapters
- Leverage OIC adapters such as ERP Cloud, FTP, REST, and SOAP to support financial operations across AR, GL, CE, FA, and Subscription modules
- Implement robust error handling, alerting, and logging strategies to support production stability
- Collaborate with QA engineers and finance partners to test, document, and validate end-to-end data flows
- Support post-deployment monitoring, performance tuning, and continuous improvement of integration flows
- Create and maintain technical documentation for integrations, transformations, and deployment steps
Skills and Experience:
- 3–5+ years of experience building and supporting integrations in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Strong hands-on experience with XSLT, XML, JSON, and payload transformation logic
- Familiarity with Fusion APIs, BI Publisher, FBDI templates, and financial modules (AR, GL, FA, CE, Subscription)
- Proficient in API integration patterns, authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0, Basic Auth), and working with API testing tools like Postman or SoapUI
- Working knowledge of SQL and ability to trace and validate data across systems
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across product, QA, and finance teams
- Familiarity with Oracle-managed file transfers (MFT) and OIC adapters (REST, SOAP, FTP, ERP)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and log monitoring tools (e.g., ELK stack, Splunk)
- Knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC), AEM, and/or
- Oracle certifications in OIC or Oracle Cloud ERP
- Experience with Oracle SOA, Process Automation, or Visual Builder (VBS)
- Exposure to Dev Ops workflows or Agile product development
