Job Description Description Position  Purpose

Provide supervision to the snow sports office and team.

• Provide supervision to office staff in the absence of the Snow sports Director
• Answer phones in a courteous and professional manner.
• Handle money and financial payment for services and goods.
• Data entry using MS Office and SMS applications.
• Assist guests with any needs or challenges.
• Assist cashier staffing as needed.
• Must be willing to help with a variety of duties in and around the chalet.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Any combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Prior supervisor experience preferred
• Proficient in MS Office applications, prior SMS programs training preferred, office experience preferred.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Enjoy working with general public.
• Must be organized and take direction well.
• Good cash handling skills.
• Be able to tolerate extreme weather conditions.
• Must have basic computer knowledge.
• Must have a flexible schedule including but not limited to nights, weekends and holidays.

This position reports to the Snow sports Director
