You will also oversee hiring, staffing, scheduling and evaluations while supporting snow making operations and lift duties in a fast-paced resort environment.
The role requires prior supervisory experience, ability to lift 50 lbs, and flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays in extreme weather.
