• Collaborate with the Project Executive to establish contracts/P.O.'s, necessary testing/inspections, submittals/samples, subcontractor/supplier lists, and project schedules.
• Work closely with the Estimator on project budgets and scopes, proactively identifying potential issues such as critical items and special hazards.
• Execute owner contracts as needed.
• Verify all quantities with the Estimator to ensure accuracy.
• Conduct a thorough review of returned subcontracts prior to signing.
• Engage in detailed discussions with the field superintendent regarding plans and specifications, including layout dimensions, critical items, subcontractor/supplier lists and their scopes of work, delivery and submittal timelines, project schedules, budgets, testing/inspection reports, permits, daily logs, and project delays.

• A degree in Construction Management or Construction/Civil Engineering/Architecture is strongly preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial Building Construction.
• Familiarity with industry technology such as Sage, Pro Core, OnScreen Takeoff, Smart Sheets, Blue Beam, and Smart Bid.
• A strong commitment to safety protocols and a safety-first mindset.
