Customer Service Representative

Bank CMG is seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to deliver friendly, accurate, and dependable service by phone and in person. In this role, you will process banking transactions, answer account-related questions, resolve customer concerns, and help customers identify products and services that support their financial goals.

The ideal candidate enjoys building lasting customer relationships, works carefully with cash and financial transactions, and is comfortable learning and explaining digital banking tools.

• Welcome customers and assist with deposits, withdrawals, funds transfers, and loan payments
• Respond to phone inquiries involving change orders, check orders, debit card issues, fraud and disputes, account maintenance, and general banking questions
• Prepare bank checks, money orders, and cashier’s checks
• Balance and maintain the security of a cash drawer each day
• Support branch operations, including vaults, night deposits, ATMs, coin counters, and coin rollers
• Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate bank products, and make referrals to other departments
• Provide access to safe deposit boxes in accordance with bank procedures
• Demonstrate and explain digital and self-service banking tools
• Resolve customer concerns while following Bank CMG’s service standards
• Contribute to branch goals and team success
• Follow all bank policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or current enrollment in an approved high school internship program
• At least two years of customer service experience preferred
• One year of banking experience preferred
• Previous cash-handling experience preferred
