Position: Dermatologist (MD/DO)

** WE ARE EXPANDING - NEW LOCATION COMING TO LAKE GENEVA, WI SUMMER 2026 **

We are seeking highly experienced Physicians (MD/DO) to join our growing dermatology practice Derm Collective North Shore. The ideal candidate will have multiple years of practice in general and surgical dermatology, providing high-quality patient care in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Founded by board-certified dermatologists Dr. Rachel Pritzker and Dr. Todd Johnson, Derm Collective North Shore provides premier care in general and surgical dermatology, including Mohs surgery and aesthetic medicine. We prioritize preventive care and healthy skin aging, and we are committed to empowering patients through education and personalized treatment plans. Our team culture emphasizes collaboration, integrity, and excellence. New location opening Summer 2026, in Lake Geneva, WI.

Job Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to:

  • Consult with patients to determine their dermatologic needs
  • Clinically evaluate and diagnose skin conditions and manage patients accordingly
  • Create and educate patients on care plans with a focus on education, exceptional clinical results and patient satisfaction
  • Collaborate for optimal care plans with supportive providers within practice
  • Maintain electronic records in a timely fashion for optimal revenue cycle management
  • Collaborate with associate providers to optimize overall patient care and experience
  • Engage with management and support staff to maintain and add to positive cultural experience for team and ultimately patients
  • Proactively monitor and manage triage with time response
  • Manage clinical support team and clinic flow for optimal efficiency, clinical accuracy in documentation and specimen management
Qualifications
  • Graduate from an accredited medical school, obtaining either a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree; with board-certification in dermatology; and
  • Must hold a current and valid WI state license as a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.), Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.), and be in good standing.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a clinical setting providing dermatologic care is preferred.
