As an Administration Supervisor at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you will provide supervision to office staff, provide customer assistance, answer phones, file, data entry, and assist cashiers.
Grand Geneva in Lake Geneva is a 1,300 acre, AAA Four Diamond resort and spa recognized as a Top Resort in the Midwest by Conde Nast Traveler. What will you be doing?
- Supervise office staff
- Answer phones in a courteous and professional manner
- Handle money and financial payment for services and goods
- Data entry using Microsoft 365 and SMS applications
- Assist guests with any needs or challenges
- Assist cashier staffing as needed
- Must be willing to help with a variety of duties in and around the chalet
- Perform other duties as assigned
What do you bring to the role?
- Any combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities
- High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
- Prior supervisor experience
- Previous experience using Microsoft 365 applications
- Prior SMS programs training
- Prior Office experience
- Good customer service, organization, and communication skills required
- Enjoy working with the general public
- Take direction well
- Good cash handling skills
- Be able to tolerate extreme weather conditions
- Must have basic computer knowledge
- Must have a flexible schedule including but not limited to nights, weekends and holidays
