Busy optometry office in Lake Geneva is seeking a full-time team member to join our fast‑paced practice.
Responsibilities:- Front desk reception (greeting patients, scheduling, phones)
- Insurance verification and billing
- Assisting patients with frame and lens selection (optical sales)
- Providing excellent customer service
- Optical or medical office experience is preferred. Willingness to be cross‑trained as a technician (pre‑testing and treatments) is a plus.
