Trolley Driver - PT

As a Part Time Trolley Driver at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you’ll be an essential part of creating unforgettable experiences and will be responsible for transporting guests safely around the resort.

• Safely transport guests throughout the resort upon request.
• Provide exceptional guest service with an outgoing and pleasant demeanor.
• Maintain knowledge of the resort and Lake Geneva area to assist guests.
• Communicate effectively and consistently with the Front Office team.
• Work well under pressure and handle tasks efficiently.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Must have a valid CDL license with a Passenger Endorsement and pass a driving background check.
• One or more years of customer service experience preferred.
• Must have the ability to sit and drive for long periods of time.
• Excellent communication skills and familiarity with the hospitality industry.
• Ability to establish and maintain an effective relationship with all department management, staff, personnel and general public.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
