• Registered Nurse license in Wisconsin (WI RN Licensure).
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS.
• Either TNCC or TNS.

• Utilizes the nursing process and collaborates with interdisciplinary team to care for patients.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments according to approved nursing techniques, policies, procedures, standards of care, and state law.
• Documents patient care in accordance with standards of care.
• Performs assessments, planning, interventions, and evaluation of care.
• Develops, initiates, and executes patient care plans per individualized needs, as prescribed by physician or clinic policy.
• Participates in unit performance improvement activities and shared governance.
• Provides clinical expertise and guidance to other units’ departments in support of patients’ longitudinal plans of care.
• Utilizes critical thinking regarding patient safety and patient experience and appropriately escalates to chain of command.
• Participates in the professional nursing continuum process, unit practice activities, decision making, and peer review process.
