Title: RN Ambulatory Outpatient
Location:
Lake Geneva WI
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift 8hr Day Shift (40) Shift Information 8am – 5pm, Monday - Friday

Floating Requirements If assigned provider is out of office, traveler could help with other providers or float to sister clinic in Burlington (9 minutes away). Will usually know in advance if needed in another area. Patient Service Area (PSA) DNU Central Wisconsin
AMG Lake Geneva – General Surgery RN
- 1 year of hospital or clinic RN experience accepted
- First-time travelers accepted
- Rehab/SNF/LTC-only experience not accepted
- Primarily adult patients with occasional older pediatric patients
- Pre-op and post-op general surgery patients
- General surgery cases including gallbladder, lipomas, and other procedures
- In-office procedures including cyst removals, wound packing, biopsies, and I&Ds
- Approximately 30–35 patients per day
- BLS
- Wound packing and wound management
- Suture removal
- Phone triage
- Complex pre-op and post-op patient education
- EPIC experience required
- EMR: EPIC (Ambulatory EPIC preferred; general EPIC experience accepted)
- May assist other providers or float to a nearby sister clinic as needed
- 1–2 days of general orientation
- Expected to work independently within 2 weeks
- Monday–Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- No call
- No holiday requirement
- Time off subject to manager approval

- Order entry
- General outpatient clinic nursing duties
