Location: Geneva Lake Manor – Lake Geneva, WI (on-site position)

Job Summary: As Assistant Director of Nursing at Geneva Lake Manor, you will help run the show—mentoring staff, improving care systems, and making a real impact on residents’ lives every single day. Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, the Clinical Manager / Infection Control Nurseis responsible for overall supervision and coordination of the clinical unit, growth of facility and community resources, provides comprehensive standards, practices and programs that meet the needs and best interests of the facility,staffand residents.

Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000 annual salary, dependent on experience and education

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervisory:
Manages training,development and performance of assigned staff toretaina motivated, professional workforce. - Ability to develop andfacilitategrowth within the Nursing Department, relate professionally and positively to facility and departmental staff and to work cooperatively with others at all levels, and to include performance evaluations anddisciplineas necessary.
- Performs assessments, develops and implementsappropriate planof care based on assessment and diagnosis tailored to meeteachindividual'sneeds with the interdisciplinary team. Evaluates the plan of care and makes necessary changes as needed. Monitors the care delivery of staff.
- Delegates and collaborates in providing resident care according to licensure and skill levels,follow-up to ensure success.
- Documents according to current standards andestablishedpolicies.
- Ability to work independently with organizational skills, to prioritize tasks,and to exercise judgment consistent with core values.
- Ability to model effective communications betweenresidents, family, staff, and community.
- Must be able toidentifypotentially unsafe situations andrespondappropriately.
- Responsible to know, implement and assure compliance to
State, Federal or County regulations and BHS policies and procedures. - Other duties:
Completes all other duties as assigned.
