Clinic LPN: Patient Care, Treatments & Lab

Mercyhealth is seeking an LPN for our clinic to provide patient care during a daytime shift. The role includes rooming patients, collecting assessments, documenting in the medical record, preparing charts, and assisting with examinations and procedures.

You will administer medications, perform EKGs and venipuncture, and coordinate referrals with insurance and other physician offices. A valid LPN license and CPR/BLS are required;
Wisconsin practice experience is a plus.
