Line Cook

Hawk’s View Golf Club is hiring a Line Cook to join the kitchen team at our on‑site restaurant, Tail Feathers Bar & Grill. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in preparing quality food, enjoys working in a team, and thrives in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.

• Prep and cook menu items to chef’s standards
• Set up and stock your station with ingredients and supplies
• Assist with food prep for restaurant operations and our popular Friday Fish Fry
• Maintain food quality, presentation, and portion control
• Keep your station clean, organized, and up to food safety standards
• Work with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate orders
• Store and manage leftover items and stock

• Kitchen or line cook experience is preferred, but we’ll train the right person
• Strong attention to detail, speed, and cleanliness
• Familiarity with basic cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and safety standards
• Positive, team‑first attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work weekends is a must
