lgmeats in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin is searching for a Whole Process Butcher who will participate in the entire butchery process, starting on the harvest floor and breaking carcasses into primals. This rewarding position focuses on mastering the butcher craft in a stable production environment.
The role requires two days of work on the Kill Floor and three days on the butchering floor. Both experienced butchers and beginners are welcome, with pay based on experience.
