We're currently hiring a self-motivated Weekend Plumber with a positive attitude to join our dedicated residential services team.

• Pay: $80,000–$135,000 per year, with uncapped commission potential

• 4-day work week:
  Friday–Monday
• Tuesday–Thursday consistently free

• Perform water heater and sewer repair and/or replacement
• Handle residential drain cleaning and service repairs
• Respond to residential plumbing emergencies, diagnose issues, and complete repairs
• Perform preventative maintenance on residential plumbing systems
• Install, maintain, and repair piping, joints, valves, drains, and fixtures

• Valid plumbing license required (per state/local regulations)
• Flexible availability for weekend scheduling
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and work outdoors
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of computer and mobile software systems
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused approach
