We’re expanding our weekend coverage and hiring Weekend HVAC Installers to support increased demand while offering installers a schedule that promotes both career growth and work-life balance.

• 4-day work week:
  Friday–Monday
• Tuesday–Thursday consistently free

• Assist with the installation of residential HVAC equipment
• Work side-by-side with experienced installers and technicians
• Pre-stage tools, parts, and materials for job‑site readiness
• Help measure, prepare, and execute installations efficiently
• Operate hand and power tools, requiring dexterity and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ensure installations meet company standards, safety requirements, and manufacturer specifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC install experience preferred
• Motivated to learn, grow, and advance within the HVAC trade
• Reliable, team-oriented, and detail-focused
• Able to pass a pre‑employment background check and drug test, subject to applicable law

• Stable, consistent weekend work
