R&L Spring is a family-owned manufacturer with a strong team culture and a clean, well-maintained facility. We are looking for a hands‑on Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and facility systems to keep operations running safely and efficiently.

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment.
• Diagnose issues with motors, controls, sensors, drives, and automation systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections.
• Install, maintain, and improve manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
• Support facility and building maintenance activities, including utility systems, equipment support, preventive maintenance, and general infrastructure upkeep
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documents.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime.
• Maintain maintenance records and work orders.
• Assist with equipment installations, moves, and basic welding/fabrication projects.
• Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (3-5 years preferred).
• PLC-controlled equipment
• Pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Electric motors and motor controls
• Mechanical equipment and power transmission systems
• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and pneumatic drawings.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to safely work on equipment up to 480V.
• Basic welding and fabrication skills preferred.
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and precision measuring instruments.
• Basic computer skills and experience maintaining maintenance records.
• PLC, motor, and controls experience preferred.

This is a hands‑on role requiring standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally, and working around active manufacturing equipment.
