Finish Carpenter
Candidates will be performing rough and finish carpentry on commercial jobs in Southeastern Wisconsin. Tasks include trim work, hanging doors, and hanging cabinets. Candidates must provide their own personal protective equipment (PPE), which includes a hard hat, safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, and gloves. A vest is not required as work will be conducted in a fenced-off area.
Responsibilities- Perform finish carpentry on commercial projects.
- Conduct trim work, hang doors, and install cabinets.
- Travel to job sites within a 20-minute radius of Milwaukee, WI.
- Provide and utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) including a hard hat, safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, and gloves.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a rough or finish carpenter on commercial projects.
- Experience in multi-family, stick-built projects.
- Ability to perform tasks such as trim work, door hanging, and cabinet installation.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in rough carpentry and framing is beneficial.
- Candidates should have a strong understanding of finish carpentry.
- Adaptability in commercial and retail project environments.

The work environment consists of commercial and retail projects located in Southeastern Wisconsin. The team is collaborative, aiming to pair candidates with mentors to enhance their carpentry skills. Safety is prioritized with a requirement for personal protective equipment.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lake Geneva, WI.
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
