Flooring Restoration Technician

We're looking for a motivated and reliable Restoration Technician to join our team. This individual will assist with surface preparation, paint and flake application, and general job site support. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, physically capable, and takes pride in quality craftsmanship.

Pay: $19-25/hr

Shift: 8am-5pm (or later) Mon-Fri

• Operate grinders and prep surfaces for coating
• Measure and calculate square footage for accurate material use
• Mix paint products to correct ratios
• Apply coatings: base coat, flake layer, and topcoats
• Perform general labor tasks including lifting, carrying, and clean-up
• Work on hands and knees for extended periods
• Adapt quickly to changing job duties and environments
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Work independently with minimal supervision

• Must be comfortable with manual labor and physically demanding tasks
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Detail-oriented and reliable
• Ability to work outdoors and get dirty
• Must speak English
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Experience in construction, painting, or trades is a plus but not required
