Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents, property concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property common areas, lobbies, parking areas, building exteriors, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.;
Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations according to site procedures.;
Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift communications for Allied Universal and site management.
