Join Our Team as a Hospitalist - Pediatrics, Pediatrics

Are you a dedicated pediatric healthcare professional seeking a rewarding opportunity to make a difference? We are looking for passionate Hospitalists to provide exceptional inpatient pediatric care in a supportive and well-equipped environment.

This role offers the chance to work in a vibrant community while delivering vital health services to our youngest patients.

Required Skills:
  • Valid medical license in relevant state
  • Board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics
  • Proven experience in hospitalist or inpatient pediatric care
  • Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Nice to Have

Skills:
  • Experience with CLIA-waived testing and on-site lab procedures
  • Familiarity with pediatric emergency protocols
  • proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
  • Bilingual skills relevant to the community served
Preferred

Education and Experience:
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of pediatric inpatient experience
  • Prior experience working in hospital settings, preferably with newborn and pediatric populations
Other Requirements:
  • Flexibility to work a fixed schedule with rotating call duties, including weekdays and weekends
  • Ability to log and document all overtime and callback hours accurately
  • Willingness to travel or participate in call rotations as needed
  • Certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) preferred
