Required Skills:

• Valid medical license and board certification in Pediatrics
• Proven experience in pediatric hospital medicine or outpatient care
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Experience with CLIA waived testing
• Prior experience in a clinic setting with support staff
• Comfortable with call rotations and newborn care
• Familiarity with pediatric documentation requirements

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum 2 years of pediatric clinical experience
• Current provider credentials in good standing

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work a fixed clinic schedule, with some call duties, including weekends
• Ability to document overtime and callback hours accurately
• Must possess or be eligible for relevant state medical licenses and certifications
• Willing to travel for professional development or in-hospital duties as needed
