The Certified Caregiver provides direct resident care in accordance with Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) regulations and facility policies. This position supports residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), monitors health status, and ensures a safe and respectful living environment.

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Provide medication assistance per Arizona certification level
• Monitor and document changes in resident condition
• Maintain accurate charting and MAR documentation
• Assist with meals and hydration monitoring
• Follow individualized service plans
• Maintain infection control and cleanliness standards
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
• Respond appropriately to emergencies

• Current Arizona Certified Caregiver certification
• Current CPR / First Aid certification
• Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Valid Food Handler’s Card
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Reliable attendance and professional work ethic

• Assisted living or memory care experience

• Evening Shifts
• Night Shift (NOC)
• Weekend Availability Required
