HowYou'll Contribute
- Provides quality ultrasound studies to include abdominal, OB, vascular, neonatal, pelvis, breast, and testicular small parts for use by the radiologist in the diagnosis of patient illness.
- Maintains appropriate files, supplies, and equipment.
- Perform sonographic examinations and procedures as requested by the referring physician.
- Provide age-appropriate care to patients across the lifespan.
- Maintain supplies and ensure clean and orderly work areas; notify supervisor of needed items.
- Maintain and calibrate equipment to ensure accuracy and longevity.
- Act as a consultant and educational resource for physicians and staff regarding appropriateness and accuracy of scans.
- Participate in performance improvement and continuing education.

Applicants should be a graduate of diagnostic medical sonography program or school of radiology. Additional requirements include:
- ARRT/DMS certification.
- BLS.
- ARRT with one (1) year DMS experience preferred.
