Advanced Womens Care is expanding womens healthcare services in Lake Havasu City and is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife to join our growing rural team.

You will work alongside 1 established OB/GYN and 1 additional OB provider, helping serve a community that deeply values accessible, high-quality maternity care.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive compensation: $130,000-$170,000 annually (based on experience)

Ideal Candidate

• Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM), board-certified
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Arizona
• Minimum 2+ years of clinical midwifery experience preferred (new graduates with strong clinical training may be considered)
• Experience in full-scope midwifery, including prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and well-woman care
• Comfortable managing low- to moderate-risk obstetric patients independently
• Confident collaborating with OB physicians in a team-based model
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based practice
• Passionate about rural healthcare and community impact
• Comfortable practicing full-scope midwifery
• Collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach
• Committed to evidence-based, patient-centered care

Rural experience is welcome but not required.
