Schedule: 3x12, Days (7a-7p), Rotating Weekends
About the TeamHavasu Regional Medical Center is part of Lifepoint Health, a nationwide healthcare delivery network. As an RN on our Medical Surgical Telemetry unit, you will be part of a cohesive, inclusive nursing team dedicated to patient‑centered care.
Our unit offers a premier environment to hone critical care skills and serves as a foundational stepping stone for future careers in Intermediate Care (IMC) or the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The unit operates with a favorable 1:6 patient ratio based on acuity, allowing focus on quality outcomes and professional growth. The Medical‑Surgical Department is a 40+ bed unit.
Key Responsibilities- Perform plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
- Document patient care, monitor patient condition, and communicate with the care team, physicians, patients, and families.
- Coordinate patient care across disciplines, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and support needs.
- Advocate for the physical and emotional well‑being of patients.

Applicants must hold a current Arizona or Compact State RN license and possess an Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school.
Additional requirements:
- Education: Bachelor of Science (BSN) preferred.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire; ACLS, PALS, and Handle-with-Care preferred.
