Havasu Regional Medical Center, part of Lifepoint Health, is looking for an Emergency Department (ED) Director to lead our high-acuity unit in Lake Havasu. The role involves strategic and operational leadership, staff development, financial stewardship, and ensuring regulatory compliance while fostering a culture of collaboration and patient safety.

• Strategic and operational leadership of the Emergency Department.
• Employee relations, including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management; overseeing scheduling, staff development, recruitment, payroll, and student engagements.
• Budget monitoring, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, and vendor relations; determine and justify needs for systems, equipment, and supplies purchases.

• Integrate evidence-based practices into operations and clinical protocols.

• Current Arizona RN license and Bachelor of Science (BSN) from an accredited nursing school.
• Master’s degree (nursing or relevant field) preferred.
• Certifications:
  
  BCLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and Handle with Care.
• Emergency Department nursing experience required; proven leadership experience in the ED preferred.
