• Modern office setting

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, including infants, children, adults, and seniors.
• Perform physical examinations and health assessments.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
• Prescribe medications and treatments.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Develop and implement care plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions.
• Provide family planning services, including contraceptive counseling and prescribing birth control methods.
• Assist with discharge planning for hospitalized patients.
• Conduct health coaching sessions to support patients in achieving their health goals.

• Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in primary care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficiency in infection control protocols and procedures.
• Familiarity with durable medical equipment (DME) used in patient care.
• Knowledge of cardiac catheterization procedures and post‑procedure care.
• Experience in dementia care and memory support services.
• Understanding of psychopharmacology for the treatment of mental health conditions.

As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive healthcare services to individuals and families across the lifespan. Your expertise in primary care, along with your skills in infection control, DME utilization, cardiac catheterization, dementia care, family planning, health coaching, memory care, discharge planning, and psychopharmacology will contribute to the overall well‑being of your patients.
