Your Role as Managing Veterinarian:

As our MDVM, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our mission of excellence by:

* Setting clinical standards and medical protocols

* Leading a passionate team

* Overseeing regulatory compliance and safety standards

* Innovating with new treatments, services, and technologies

* Three exam rooms (including one for exotics)

* Dedicated surgical suite and dental area

* IDEXX in-house diagnostics

* Digital full-body and dental radiography

* Mobile ultrasound for quick scans

* Small endoscope for exotic cases

* Comprehensive GP and urgent care services

* Surgery with a strong focus on dentistry

Compensation & Benefits

* Competitive base salary $140,000 - $160,000, depending on experience

* Monthly production-based bonuses

* Up to $30K sign-on bonus
