Team‑Driven Culture Job DetailsWhat You’ll Do:
- Support Project Managers in executing heavy civil and site development projects.
- Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
- Help maintain quality, safety, and production tracking.
- Participate in project meetings with internal teams and clients.
- Track quantities, productivity, and change orders.
- 2–5 years of experience in construction.
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Experience with earthwork, excavation, or site development is a strong plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, boots‑on‑the‑ground environment.
- Familiarity with tools like Procore, HCSS, or similar platforms is a plus.
