• Support Project Managers in executing heavy civil and site development projects.
• Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
• Help maintain quality, safety, and production tracking.
• Participate in project meetings with internal teams and clients.
• Track quantities, productivity, and change orders.

• 2–5 years of experience in construction.
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Experience with earthwork, excavation, or site development is a strong plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, boots‑on‑the‑ground environment.
• Familiarity with tools like Procore, HCSS, or similar platforms is a plus.
